How’s your frame look and has it been to the dealer to have the plugs and goop applied inside the frame?

@Turd Ferguson The frame looks awesome. I'm having it shipped from Arizona where it spent most its life prior. It has not had any dealership plugs or goop to the best of my knowledge. Im working on a plan to take it to @tacobell007 for a wool wax undercoating as soon as it arrives.

The dealership plugs and goo should extend the factory frame warranty by a certain amount of years, don’t remember details. It’s free to have done to extend the frame coverage, I remember that part.

This absolutely. Run the VIN on Toyota's site, I think it would tell you if so. If not call the dealer and tell them you just got the truck

Fitment was fine for me. Just for context, OEM offset should be +30 or +25. Those rims, I don't remember which offset it was (+12 or +1). Worst case scenario difference would be 1.1" further out than it currently sits.
    PM on the way.

I'm still looking for a third gen. Random, but does this section of the bumper look way too matte black? carfax show no reported accidents and the salesman says the body is near perfect. Does the plastic not match colors on 3rd gen front ends well? I haven't seen a black one in person. I really do not want to drive 250 miles for nothing.

Looks like they didn't do a good job clearing, got overspray on it, or got trash in the clear. Could have been fixed by a mobile company that just does bumper scuffs and scrapes (I worked for one once upon a time). We didn't report to carfax and in 2013 when I did it a bumper corner like that would have only been $150 to do

That’s awesome that it’s from Arizona. It should be pretty rust free. I think the dealership goop only applies to trucks living in the rust belt states.

Thanks for the thread. Now i feel crazy. Most trucks in the thread seem to have a gloss difference or almost color shift.

If the bumper caps and flares are color matched so should that piece, the OR trim has the matte looking finish to the flares and that piece
