You know what the most common compliment I've gotten on my BMW is?

"that's the motorcycle Tom cruise rode in Mission impossible!"

didn't know he made it so iconic lol. Have you guys seen Arch Motorcycles, Keanu Reeve's company?

I think he does that so people can't claim he's using a stunt double or anything. Not that it wouldn't be hard to fake with a pair of sunglasses like he's always wearing lol. but agreed.

I always find it hilarious when any tv show/movie shows someone riding a motorcycle at speed with no eye protection whatsoever. We all know there ain't no way they're keeping their eyes open for more than a few seconds.

 

I saw the YT vid a while back. Cool stuff. He's got some cool personal bikes too.

 

I have mixed feelings on it. I only ride with the helmet because I don't like pain and would like to keep riding rather than split my head on a light pole. If we could get people to quit thinking all motorcyclists are squids because of what the squids do, I would have no problem with them weeding themselves out of the gene pool.

 

I watched the new Indian jones the other night(it sucked). There was a scene with a lady riding a motorcycle full speed in a downpour without eye protection.

 

yeah you can tell from the vids he's extremely passionate about motorcycles. A buddy of mine got to ride with him one day doing a Supermoto class in riverside....consider me jealous lol.

Lol that would be so painful. I can feel rain through my riding jeans and jacket, full downpour without eye pro would be a quick way to crash

Glad to know it sucked though, I was curious about it until now

 

He is one of the very few "Hollywood" people I'd like to meet. If he's not the genuinely cool dude he seems to be.......then he's the best actor in the world

 

From everything i've seen and heard about him/from him, he seems like a real standup guy. I've also been told I look very much like him so I'd be curious to get his assessment. But really I'd just like talk motorcycles and guns with him lol.

 

Yeah I would kick it with Keanu; Tom Cruise not so much…that dude fell off the high dive and hit his head.

I wish I just could remember him as Maverick and not some alien from Hollywood . Lol
