I'm an East Coast Canadian and I would think you could sell your truck privately for mid-40s. I have a 22 LR Sport Premium and if I can't get 50 out of it I won't be buying the Sport+ that is supposed to arrive mid-feb. My dealer said they should have a demo truck arriving sometime in jan for test drives.

If it isn’t sweet or deep fried it can’t be eaten…

…I would probably starve there. My better half is from SC. I don’t quite get the boiled peanuts thing. Nasty.

When we first started dating, with her accent thought she was saying “boiled penis…”

Thought I was getting myself into one of those fatal attraction relationships… lol!

Her dad has a farm there and grows them, he’ll send out a box once a year, and she’ll make them. Stinks up the whole house….fricken nasty! Though do like country ham, but I have to soak it a couple times to get some of the salt out of it. Kinda good crumbled up on steel cut oats with a little maple syrup.

    Vehicle:
    2025 Tacoma TRD Pro
    2024 Tacoma TRD OR w/Prem Pkg (42.9 + 8.8 + 1.5Deliv) = $53,200
    2024 Tundra SR5 W/TRD OR Prem Pkg (52.4 + 9.5 + 1.9Deliv) = $63,700

Only differences in the Prem Pkg I could find is no ventilated seats, no moonroof, and no portable speaker on the Tundra (the last two options I could do without).

Optioned out the same the bigger truck is still a lot more expensive. To be sure they are both expensive, but they will both still sell. I am certain Toyota will introduce a smaller less expensive "entry" level truck.

Also, the Tundra TRD PRO is 16% more than the Tundra TRD OR/Premium. My prediction is the Tacoma TRD PRO will be $63,300 (16% more than the OR-Prem + another 1.5 for the Iso Seats).

Only issue is you can get a 2024 Limited w/TRD OR Package, Prem package, JBL, Power and Moonroof packages discounted to $62k right now, had a deal put together last week for one, MSRP was $64.5k. The loaded SR5s are dumb and cross into higher trim prices on Tundra.

Agree on the Taco Pro and Trailhunter pricing projections.

Yep, almost all the ones I visited had a $2-4k discount. Guys on the forum are getting $6k off platinums and 1794s as those are not selling as well.

It will be interesting to see a 2024 Tacoma on the lot with a $5K markup next to a 2024 Tundra with a $5K discount.

Different buyers and dealers and Toyota knows that. But willing to bet we see alot of people pick the discounted Tundra over the Tacoma.

I will say for those waiting for bronze oxide, according to my dealer manager there is a small issue with the paint and alot of allocations are being changed color wise including mine which moved to underground which was my first choice anyways. Just heads up those waiting for bronze oxide.
