    My Primary care doctor at the VA said the same to me , no more than 2 cups in the morning and stop drinking soda

    When i was active duty in the Marine Corps , 12 cups of coffee along with 4-6 cans of mtn dew per day !!!


    My primary care provider at the VA told me a few years ago no more soda and only 1-2 cups of coffee ea day
