Now mind you, as you can see, I just reviewed all the relevant posts and parsed all your previous "clues", so don't try to confuse me

You're missing an additional hint provided when someone made his first guesses that would significantly narrow down what I've seen as guesses.

Wrong. They didn't call me by that person's first name instead of Tiffany. They called me by the name in it's entirely and that is important so

Again, I didn't say in the field of the educator. That would make them an educator. I said it was within their field of teaching.

As for the whole maiden name vs louder nonsense, my parents are divorced and my stepfathers last name is another fun one that sounds like Louder but is spelled differently. It's not really a part of the hints to my maiden name

And I still hold true to my last statement that I don't think anyone will guess without an additional clue. I think without it you'll be ruling it out and that in itself is a clue so

 

It seems to me that, (short of a sudden inspiration on someone's part)...
... there are two things (perhaps more) that we need to know before we can even begin tackling this mystery.

- Discover the field of the 9th grade teacher
- Identify the unpleasant mammal

Then cross check against Wikipedia's list of prominent people of Greek descent
Which, helpfully has a breakdown by field.
