    IMG_0045.jpg Watching the local news, got high waves at the pier in So Haven. They have a camera out there, 6’-8’ waves crashing on the pier. It amazes me how well built this stuff is and how much punishment they take.

    its Mt Dew & Iced Tea here. ( but to be honest? still drink close to a gallon of water a day with it)

    my little Dr. told me that it takes 2 cans of MtDew to equal 1 cup of coffee.... most of the time 2 cans is my limit. then 1 glass of Tea a day & water the rest of the time.

    if by some weird chance there is alcohol involved? another can of MtDew gets added as a chaser.

    if you have never had good whiskey with an ice cold MtDew chaser? oh my have you missed out.

    well got that back ablation done yesterday. hmmmmmmmm we'll have to see on this.

    instant things? well it did hurt a bit. even on the Versed. pretty much felt like someone drove a nail into my spine... several times. then i went back to sleep for about 4hrs at home.

    area is pretty sore today, feels like a bruise vs pain. now we see if this is the new normal or just another hoop to jump thru. Dr. says this should last 8months or so. If it does work? & lasts that long? that would be good. the shots were down to only lasting about 6 weeks.

    now time to get on with the day.
