    A few bolts are different.
    Is it possible to get a pic of the very front of the side wings? The part facing the tires where mud flaps would/could be mated to the bumper.

    Yeah, I can take one. It's basically a 3" strip of steel welded in, following the shape of the bumper. I need to trim my bumper still, then weld that plate in and I'll snap the pics.
    Sorry man. Ended up sick for the last couple days and I'm getting over it now but working on like 10 different things right now. My friend that helps me will be giving me some time this week so we'll get it assembled and I'll weld it up(I cant assemble on my own because It'll be built off my truck since I havent made a jig and its too heavy for me to install/remove from the truck myself)
    Yep, wrote it down for my reference when the time comes. :)

    You build the front one with that option :confused:
    Lots of guys belong to the expedition club instead of the hit lot-o-rock, bash the f#&% out of my truck club. This bumper in aluminum would really be ideal for keeping the weight down when the rear is loaded with gear.

    IYHO would the rear made out of 1/4" aluminum be able to hold up to a swing out tire (33")?

    If the front aluminum weighed in at approx 55lbs, do you think the basic rear would weigh about the same?
