My uncle island hopped with the Marines during WWII. A few decades later on, his son bought a Mitsubishi car. “He fought ‘em, I bought ‘em” my cousin used to say. To his credit, my uncle would laugh at that.


A belated good morning all

 

The money the US industries poured in japan after the war.

In the sixties Made in japan items were looked at as pure junk.

Now it stands for a well built product for the most.

 

My wife made me an appointment to see a psychic

I just went, knocked on the door.

She said "who is it?"

Y'know how sometimes you get busy and lose track of things...

This morning there was a few inches of snow on the hill.

Seems I haven't put the snow tires on the daily van yet, the summer slicks aren't worth much.

I made it to the garage -- remember the garage?
I used to spend my days napping peacefully working diligently there before the furnace project.



Really need a bigger garage...
(We won't mention that observation to Mrs Green)

 

Summer project!

 

I'll be just as broke in the summer as now...

 

The only reason I let my wife talk me into buying and putting that up is because I have the theater room in the basement.
