I have a picture there from 1997... with my Ranger on 35's... First year the haul road was open. Went up and picked up my Dad who worked security on the North slope.

Cruising at 110 with a GVW over 7k will do that.

We had to drive fast in parts of Colorado and Nebraska. The smell of cow shit was everywhere.

I don't think I was ever under 13mpg on the trip. But my truck is consistent around 13-14mpg. Doesn't matter I'm going 65 or 85.

And you just have a heavy pig lol

Find a time when a band you like is playing the Fabulous Fox Theater and check out a concert there. While you're at it. Awesome place!

    Could've hinged the steel grate??

edit. could've hinged the whole upper portion.
You could lay it back as another tire rack or a cooking surface.

Relentless Fab hybrid bumper, 2.5” Dobinsons IMS lift, RCI skids and sliders, block heater. Painted FJ Steelies. Was trying to keep it stock, now slowly building for the Wisconsin trails.
I have to say that is such a good venue. Other personal faves of mine are Mad planet and Cactus club but those are much much smaller.

Totally appreciate, that is part of what makes it so special. Possibly the most awesome place that I have experienced. Indelible imprints. Closest thing to AK in the lower 48 to me is the UP.

So I have a quick proof of the calendar. I'll need the original pictures for all the large ones if people have them available....

Been there many times. My dad grew up with the Wimmers (the owners). And yes, it's certainly the best in the Dells!
