Today is Friday right, so if you told someone that something was going down "next Monday"...one would logically assume you meant the Monday coming up in 3 days, right?

Sent an email at work about something next Monday, and I get 3 replies...."the 11th or the 18th???"

 

Since when did "next" become 2nd or 3rd in line?

 

I could understand if I had sent that email on Sunday, since some weirdos consider the beginning of the week to be on Sunday. But definitely not in this case

 

Looks the same as last year when you asked; except the rust...I think I remember less rust

@eon_blue Finally! Also damn, they balanced out with hardly any weight... mind you part of that is because Land Cruiser wheels are forged not cast, but still.

 

Nice, they look good...mine are a little worn down now. What size did you get?

 

They're delightfully soft, so I suspect they'll be the candle that burns twice as bright. But I prefer a tire that works and wears out rather than something like a KO2 that doesn't work but lasts forever. I went with 285/75/16.... kinda wishing I'd just did 315/75/16 cause it would have looked badass and it was a difference of $280

 

Not to burst anyone's bubble, but 80 Series OE wheels are cast.

 

I thought they only switched to cast post 100 series

Well I'll take your word for it, people apparently have been arguing it on MUD forever, we can let that argument die. With how thick the design is it certainly wouldn't matter from a strength perspective on the LC. They did balance suspiciously well though for a cast alloy.

Same, I just hate that I am still in the office.

Wrapped up a 930 turbo. Super well designed kit, highly recommend for first timers as it needs no paint of you didn't have the means as I wanted it red and not silver like my other one.
