First oil change after installing magnusson supercharger, bout 3000 miles later. Anything else that could result in this? The oil coming out of the drain pan looked normal, fortunately I did collect a sample for black stone while draining, so for sure will get that analyzed

Usually not a good sign. Reno is usually a dry climate? Sometimes a lot of short drives in a humid environment can cause condensation to form and result in this under the oil fill cap.

Short trips in cold weather will cause that, I wouldn't be too concerned with it.
A head gasket that is leaking will almost always have other symptoms (cold start misfire, coolant dissappearing with no external leaks, overheating, etc) before it's bad enough to get coolant in the oil.

My 2005 had none of those symptoms. The tell tale sign in my case was no heat at idle. Once rpm’s came up off idle heat would flow.

Normal condensation. I'm surprised it's the first time you've seen it though.

"The oil coming out of the drain pan looked normal"

This observation tells me it is a localized event. Per Dm93 it's likely the normal "oil fill area" emulsification observation.

It's normal to see that on the fill cap in the colder months. Just condensation from short trips. When I had my 2nd gen it did that but with way more build up

There was one incident about a month after the SC install where there was a pretty bad misfire at a stop light (to the point where I thought it might die at idle, but it didn’t), lasted about 15-20 seconds maybe. Turned around to go home (was super close) and it never happened again. Will follow up when I get oil analysis. Appreciate the insights guys!

Unless you have other symptoms like losing coolant or a misfire at startup, etc., I would not sweat it.
I used to get the exact same thing when I drove a different car to work. My truck did a lot of short trips and was pretty much only driven on the weekends.
Now, it's my daily and I drive 20 miles each way to work. That milky looking stuff under the cap has gone away.
