It was bad enough finding affordable places to live when I was there over 30 years ago, and it's only gotten worse. I think I moved every year when I was there as realistically you could only find something decent during the early summer months, otherwise all the housing went to students.

I moved up there in March when it was still quarters and not semesters. I ended up in the basement of a house. It was a place, but as soon as summer rolled around I was out. One thing I am not is a mole person
