I've got two of the rounds ones, they are aggravating for sure. Always get done on the outside and top and have to baby sit them.

I rotated the trays when we had one. Kinda pain but seemed to work.

That's why I say you have to baby sit it, got to rotate them and move meat so it gets done even.

All this food looking real good! I spent the entire weekend doing my first attempt at smoking snack sticks. Did about a 12.5lb batch, 6ish with hot pepper cheese/jalapeno, 6ish with cheddar/jalapeno. Didn't really know what to expect, and had some mishaps with wrong sized casings and jerkey gun tips not playing well together, but finally got it all sorted out and end product was awesome! Just need to get my temps/times figured out; everything on the outside edge cooked way faster than the middle, so probably need to rearrange everything about halfway through next time to not overcook some of it. Very happy with them though!

dewayne - if you are looking at a Dyson vacuum, the batteries don't last too long. But, my son found an adapter for his that he can then use his Milwaukee batteries with it instead. Bought 2 of the adapters for my 2 Dyson powerheads and the Milwaukee batteries work much better and last far longer.

    Yea very well.

For an amateur like me, don’t have to rotate etc.
