Not everyone lives in your area. Many people here use a floor Jack. It makes a ton of sense in the southwest

 

No nightshade package on the limited.......

I didn’t argue about the high lift. You said “no one uses a floor Jack” and justified it by talking about 2’ of mud.

Lots of people use and carry floor jacks.

 

Correction. That is what a winch or a friend with a recovery strap are for.

Clicked through it a little bit. It's still got some glitches:
If you click "full model specs" under the grades you get directed to an error page. There's quite a few more combinations of packages than has been in the past: moonroof, heated seats, stab disconnect, 14" screen are all available separately. (that doesn't mean any specific combo will be easy to get though)

I'm pretty sure only the iforce max gets the 2400W inverter, but all of these packages list it:


And, the OR premium package with the stab bar disconnect is over 10k! Holy shit!

 

And they’re just generally useful to have even if used one in a blue moon. Examples - lift a backyard shed to shim and level, or support for realigning a sagging car door.

 

Yeah those base MSRP prices are a little misleading lol. I think its highly unlikely someones going to find base model off-road trucks without these $5-11k packages included.

 

Even ARB admitted that hi-lifts are wicked dangerous, not even sure why they are promoting it. About the only thing they are good for is painting them black, mounting them on the hood to make Karen’s think they are an assault rifle.

Their new hydraulic version is a little better, but still rather use a floor or bottle jack.

 

^It's so ARB could sell the $1k hydraulic jack under the "AAP" program, so buyers could finance it together with the $65k truck they just bought.

 

LMAO! true dat!

 

Strapping a bottle jack to the outside of your truck doesn't look nearly as cool as the hi-lift.
