Water Tank Mounting Brackets

I picked up this outdoor shower for dirt cheap that I want to mount across the front of my 2004 xtra cab's bed.

The design I invision is using topper cap clamps on a T bracket on either side with a 6" u-bolt, but to make that would cost more then the unit.

I don't want to use a cross rail so I can keep it as low as possible and I don't want it taking up space in my bed running it length ways.

Anyone seen a prefabricated bracket that would do the job or have another idea?
