Shop Time w/T.W. Friends

A friend purchased a "Wiz-Bang chicken plucker" with a bad electric motor.
He happened to have the same type of motor sitting around so he and his son put it on and tossed in a chicken...

Well, the chicken went "thump, thump" a few times and then launched out of the plucker.

Turned out the original motor was 1750 rpm, the one he put on was 3600 rpm.

Ours is a bigger version for turkeys , does great with chickens, could run 5 at a time but wife won’t let me. We do 3 , and when we do 20lb Tom’s it 2 at a time.
I kind of have would like to watch that happen

 

I said the exact same thing, the looks on their faces must have been priceless.

They had seen the machines on YT but never in person and were both stunned as the chicken launched about 10 feet in the air.

 

It is a beautiful clear day today, I don't feel a few minutes in my rocker at the garage is an unreasonable luxury.

 

While making that supplies run, grab a bag of cheap cat litter.

Turn this toxic soup into a solid waste. It can go straight into the trash if it's a solid.

This is such a nice gesture but thats some really nice, high end stuff. You may wanna think about it first.....

So many uses for feathers!! Pillows, coats, one of them fancy quill pens like they used to write the rules and regulations back in the 70's and 80's. We'll take em!!!

I processed the doe today. There are at least several stand alone prize packs available (for a limited time).

 

My wife just sent me a screenshot of an email she got from Costco. The washer and dryer set we just bought is $300 cheaper today only. A price adjustment request has been filled out.
