    and turned a work req into a work order and kitted it (basically it came kitted cuz the company sent all necessary parts)

    I think my struggle will be figuring out what parts are needed and timelines etc but all of the fellas are very helpful and great about asking questions so I think it’ll be good once I gain experience.

    I really think that the thing that is going to help me Best is finding my flow so tentatively, I’ve got a schedule for myself which would be Mondays schedule for first second and third shift Tuesdays schedule 4/5 shift and indirects then focus the rest of the week on read and wo. We will see how that works and what I need to adjust.
