I usually just set a date and we figure everything out the week before. I haven't been out to the desert yet this fall, but I probably won't have the truck ready until December.

I only do superstition once a year just because it is 3 hours one way from home. Next weekend I'll be out in Ridgecrest for 2 weeks with all the dirt bikes. Get my dirt therapy in.

If we're talking about tow trucks, we're a Cummins family through-and-through. haha

Gonna be a lot of fun, looking forward to it! I recently got a Can Am X3 Turbo R, it was rolled so Im repairing the damage little by little to have it all dialed in before the trip.
So I guess this year I wont be bringing the Jeep.. The can am should be a lot more fun since it has 24" of travel in the rear on 3.0 FOX coilovers.

That sounds like a blast for out there. You will be going faster uphill than downhill.

Yeah, I'm weird and notice odd things.
I bet your delivery guy was not super pumped on lifting those suckers, but at least they wont flatten out like the stockers do!
