    That sucks about your knee!!

    I love doing squats and deadlifts - mostly cause it keeps my core strong and takes strain/pressure off my spinal injury.
    Also, I was told when they fused my spine that I would never ever be able to do those again (or run).
    I proved those jerks wrong!!
