Good. In a forklift a lot more. Top boss said I'm doing a great job running the forklift. Also asked him if we were hiring to which he said yes and so I recommended my best friend. My buddy just quit his job as an intern at John Deere. He sounded very interested in talking with him. Told my buddy about it and he said he will think about it.

 

Why your buddy quit John Deere?

 

Why would he quit JD, he had his foot in the door!

 

Old guys working there were being rude and kinda ran him out of there.

Pay wasn't all that great though TBH but then again it was a intern job

 

If they paid better I'd POSSIBLY consider getting a job there. I already have a fully stocked tool box so my upfront investment wouldn't be much.

You gotta start somewhere, upfront sucks but look at the backside; where you would be in 20yrs!

Ask one of the "old" guys see where they are considering pay, retirement, benefits.

 

I know the feeling. Someone tossed a ton of lead weights on my truck today at work. I sent pics to the boss man, but if he doesn't clear that person and their attitude out, I'll be filling out applications.

My dad's also dealt with them before when hes gone there for stuff and he even said they're extremely rude. Last time dad dealt with them there were some F'Us being thrown around.
