Anyone know factory torque spec for the bolt that holds the oem tonneau cover in?

Not sure there is one, I keep mine wrist tight; there is no structural need to have it any tighter than that. In fact, last weekend I was helping my daughter and (future) son-in-law move and he took the lead on putting the cover back on the bed just prior to my wife and I driving home. Two hours and more than 120 miles later when I stopped for gas I noticed he'd forgotten to put the bolt back in; the tonneau cover stayed perfectly in place in spite of some very high winds along the route.

Yeah, most of us have only moderately well calibrated butt dynos and torquewrists compared to mechanical devices. :)
