Had to fix the truck. Tree rats gnawed on the mass air filter plug.

I'm hoping to get some time on the knife tomorrow.

I wish I knew. Not sure if the natives around here would like me popping them off.

I sure loved Squirrel shepherds pie when I was a kid.

its about that time to start cutting some Aluminum plate. I need to make two brackets to go from the the Y axis Bearing blocks to the X axis uprights. I will also need to make up some mounting plates for the ball screws since they do not fit slots..

Got some time this afternoon to cut a couple more Chicago Bears signs. Two of the three are Christmas gifts. The 3rd is backup for when at least one of them gets the gift and says, "hey, can you make one for my buddy (insert name of fool who supports Bears here)".

18 gauge with 22 gauge backplates.

It needs a spring loaded jaw so you can put it by the door and have it hold your mail or keys or something.

Man, I feel inadequate posting this after what @Kwikvette made :anonymous:

Oh well, this will make my 15 yo niece very happy. I may wait and let her decide the colors... or I may gamble and let the paint fly. I can't stand unfinished work in the garage.

I left the large corner areas for her to decide on decals or whatever else she wants to put on it. Otherwise, I would have went oval.

No way dude, we take the same level of care whether it's a sign or an assembly anytime we all do CNC!

I just don't understand the whole Taylor Swift cult; those people are crazy
