Hey everyone.. I'm new to this forum and I could really use your help. I have a 2017 Tacoma and I am having some really loud squealing noise. I have replaced both idler no 2 pulleys, the serpentine belt and the belt tensioner. I am at a compete loss of what to do next. It starts squealing as soon as I start it and gets worse when driving. After driving it for about 10 miles it will continue the noise while driving but will stop when I come to a stop light and start again once I'm going again. If you have had this problem and could help that would be amazing!

Does it do it with the belt removed from the truck?

There are three idler pulleys. The lower one is the most exposed to road grime and tends to go first. It's also the harder one to replace because of oil cooler obstruction.

What belt did you install? Toyota? Gates? Bando?

Better check the alternator pulley also. Had a similar squeal / scream from a failing alternator pulley in a Lexus IS250. Pull the belt off and spin all of the pulleys.
