4th Gen Tacoma (2024+)

Historically, how hard has it been to find tacomas with almost no packages added on? I think for my use case the TRD OR 4x4 (preferably manual) with only heated seats is pretty much perfect, but I imagine that configuration will be extremely rare

 

Lexus has 2.49% for 48 months on the GX I am shopping. End of year deal.

$38k firm offer on paper signed by sales manager. Most Toyota dealers were saying $36k or less. Used market is tanking and taking trade ins with it. I did get a $41k trade in offer on the Raptor I looked at lol.

 

Dang may need to early upgrade wife. We were looking at a GX to replace the RX, assuming this is outgoing GX.

 

I think he’s looking at a 2023 not the new 2024 550.

 

Better deals later, better rates later. We don’t even know what hybrids, Pro’s or TH’s will cost so why arm-wrestle a bunch of over-stimulated early adopters for the very first batch of 2.4T OR’s? Those first-year trucks are the ones that will have issues anyway.

If you want a Gen4, just grab your popcorn and enjoy the circus for a while. You can give your dealer a cash deposit now, or play the odds that he’ll give you cash on the hood later. At these MSRP’s it’s really not a tough decision.

The fomo is real especially seeing influencers like TRD Jon talking about theirs. I snickered watching his videos about allocation and pricing. Like bro you aren’t the first and not that special. You buy new Toyotas slightly modify them and test them on dirt roads, he definitely has a self halo air about him. Am curious what he does for a living. Also think it’s comical he thinks $47k is a good deal for his old pro.

 

Thanks. I have an offer for $36k on my 21 Sport Premium with 19k miles and all the options. And they are $1800 under invoice ($6500 discount) on the GX 460. Might be the best I can expect.

 

Correct. I am shopping a 23 GX 460 and the 2.49% 48 months I referred to is for that.
