I'm at day 15. It's a Christmas Miracle I'm even remotely coherent.

We have a department lunch tomorrow so the carb thing is going out the window for one meal. I'm going to enjoy the hell out of that burger and fries.

You need to give up donuts and start eating cupcakes. Once you lick the frosting off it becomes a muffin, muffins are healthy

 

I ask my wife what she wanted for Christmas a couple weeks ago, she said "nothing".


She's been leaving jewelry magazines on the counter, left one on my dresser last week.
