    Since my GFC will be the no window version, I'm going to do the rear view camera mirror route too. Plan on adding that before my trip. Mirror @TailHook set up and route camera through spare tire drop down hole at least at first to get me through the trip. If I decide to raise it up higher in the future we'll see.

    Long term as much as I want to put an RCI rear bumper on I do really like the BSM and am hesitant to get rid of it plus I plan on keeping spare under the bed as long as possible aka until tires no longer fit. Wish someone made a decent bumper that retains bsm. But if I ever get a new "daily" then I'll be more open to change that.

    Change out bumper then replace the side mirrors with those from a 2016-2018 Rav4. They have blind spot mirrors and drop in to a 3rd gen taco. Haven't missed the BSM one bit, but love haveing a hight clearance bumper.

    Ehh if anyone has known my goals and plans as long as I've had them it's @TailHook.. Many campfire beers shared while discussing my wants of a GFC over RTT set up and general build wants too.

    I much prefer the GFC over our old RTT set ups. Wife never wanted a camper cause she said it looks to much like a old man set up. Now that she has it she really likes it.

    I got replacement glass for my mirrors that has the spotter glass and retains the BSM and defrost from runnin4tacos. I find the BSM almost required for driving around this wild ass city.

    Another good option if your using a bumper that supports BSM. If not you can save a few dollars using the Rav4 mirrors.
