    Oh Yeah!!!
I Installed this about 6 mos ago, and love it. Alot more crisp shifts. I can actually rest my arm on the center console while shifting, unlike the stock set up. The reverse will take a couple of times getting use to, but nothing to be discouraged about. If URD made it, its for a reason; mostlikely cause its worth it:cool:

Shifter is a must for anyone with a 6-speed tranny. I had one in my old X-Runner and it was huge improvement. The install was extremely easy as-well, came with really good instructions.

You'll love the way the shifter feels once it's installed. Just be aware of what's going on and how the system works. The pivot point for the shifter is effectively moved and the transmission gains some leverage. This is why it's harder to get into reverse -- the driver has less leverage and has to work a bit harder to overcome this.

If you shift your truck particularly hard it becomes more likely that you'll wear out the rubber bushing on the 2-piece shift lever and suffer from a floppy shaft (or, if you like, "whiskey shifter" :D). I heard of it happening to at least 1 person on TTORA, and mine went back in September:

Just a heads up. Other than that, you'll absolutely love this thing!
