    If i add a 2" block under my leafs or do a AAL to my rear can i still use the factory shock.

    Can you still use it? Technically yes, but it is going to act like a limit strap and probably die a quick death.

    Is it a good idea? No, absolutely not. You should get appropriate length shocks to fit.

    This is one of those cases where saving a few pennies short term is going to cost you more in the long run. Do it right the first time.

    I recently added a 1” block to the rear and wanted to go back to standard travel shocks, so i made 3/16” lower brackets that raise the lower mount point up 1”. Therefore no need for extended length shocks. This may not work as well with aal.
