    M1 is not the best.

pretty sure the 3.5 (a small engine) comes in sedans and no turbo.

you know what techs get? Free oil. You know what they put it in? Their truck. Regardless of brand.

brands that sometimes, run hotter, more power, at higher speeds getting beat on

    with no issue

Next door property, guys were just out yesterday clearing branches and getting the lines back in shape for the next maple run in 2-3 months. They should have a good batch ready for me right on time for my scheduled oil change. Just have to remember to slather it on my body first to pre-heat it, so it flows a little better this year....

Amsoil signature series 0w-20. 5k mile oil changes. Figure that’s the best of both worlds if you plan on keeping the truck for long time

it seems the consensus is to run top tier fuel but when it comes to oil, sam walton's heirs and jeff bezos are petroleum engineers.

Take the most reputable synthetics that are engineered from Group IV basestocks (e.g. Royal Purple, Motul, AMSOIL, possibly Mobil 1) and do an oil analysis.

All you do is order a sampling kit. Fill the tiny plastic bottle with your partially used oil (siphoned from the the dipstick tube) and mail it in. They'll post your results online. The less wear and the more stable the oil is, the better it is. These numbers will appear on your report. Oil analysis is the only true way to determine what's the best oil for your application. All these posts above are nothing but "gut feeling" posts.

    Not sure!

But I'd be careful. When you see a bottle that reads, "full synthetic", is it really? This is no different than selecting genuine olive oil at the grocery store. Too much fake crap out there with the blending of fluids to save money.

Warren distributing puts the same oil into many different color boxes and jugs. White, green, blue pick the label with the words that make you the happiest!
