Do I need a new jack for my 3" lift

Hi everyone, I had a 3" lift installed by the dealer (or 2.5, I tend to get different answers regarding how high) and it never occurred to me that the stock jack in the 2010 won't lift the truck if I have a flat. I'm also running 285/70/17 if that matters.

Do I need to replace? If so, what one should I purchase that will fit in the compartment in the truck.

I'm guessing no, since the actual bottom of your truck didn't raise up very much. But again, I'm only guessing.

 

With a 3" lift and 33's, the frame is lifted up 4" compared to stock.


Just carry a few wooden blocks to put under the jack if you need them in an emergency. That's what I do.

Yes, either use a block of wood, or get sliders and a high lift. The height difference would come from bigger tires and my jack fully extended didnt touch the frame
