I don’t carry either. Not even when I worked at the firearms shop.
It was weird when people asked me “What I carried?”

I said, “I don’t. But if I did, it would be a Glock or M&P”
But the best one to carry, is the one you “will” carry.

Great escape artist too. You won’t keep them fenced without a lot of work.

 

It was while walking Murphy in about 2017-2018 that I had an altercation with one of Doylestown's unpleasant group home residents. The guy was sitting on the steps of a law firm smoking a cigarette, Murphy started barking and growling at him, and this triggered him. He flipped out at me and started swearing, and I told him to calm down. He thought I was talking to Murphy and said something like "dogs can't understand fucking English!"

I told him that I was talking to him and not the dog, and this made him angrier; I just walked away.

 

Got that one from Henry Rollins many years ago.

 

Speaking of mental cases and cigarettes, there was this older guy from one of the local group homes who had a large growth on his face. We ended up having to keep our cigarette disposal things behind the locked patio gates during the day because this idiot would open the receptacles and attempt to smoke the discarded cigarette butts. He was politely told he couldn't do this by one of the bartenders, but he couldn't comprehend why, so we were forced to lock the receptacles up during the day...

 

In all fairness, he was not a bum or even homeless; he just more issues than National Geographic...

I probably should, I picked up a Hellcat with intentions of “carrying it”.
Yeah, that hasn’t happened…….yet.

 

My neighbor has one, damn thing makes the most highly annoying noise. Kinda like a super loud bark mixed with a howl and some sort of gurgling noise all mixed together at the same time.

Also, I apologize if I sound like a prick, but I really can't stand to be around low-functioning/nonverbal autistic individuals and those with other intellectual disabilities at times. It's one thing if it's someone I know personally and/or my own flesh and blood, but the mannerisms of the aforementioned individuals trigger my own sensory issues. I had this experience at an occupational therapy place where I dropped off a DoorDash order the other day...

 

National Geographic is a magazine that has been around for over a century, so therefore is has a lot of issues...

 

Beagles are like kids.
They are awesome when they aren’t yours and you don’t have to take care of them.
A good set will bring in the rabbits. Hunting with dogs is a whole different experience.
