What are you streaming on Amazon, Netflix, etc?

Get the DVD. Did that with the original Blazing Saddles

 

I don't even own a DVD player anymore. I personally wouldn't really use one that often.

 

HA! I have Blazing Saddles.. it is on my Apple TV.

 

Why not get an Apple TV and you can buy or rent movies... especially, they go on sale for 5 bucks, 10 bucks, etc.

 

We have a bunch of disks and keep the player clean. No idea what a new one costs now!

 

DVD players are cheap these days since people started streaming movies these days.

Last I saw a DVD player cost about 22 bucks. Blu Ray players cost more.

 

Anyone else getting ready to ditch NF? I find it reached it's peak 2-3 years ago with an abundance of good TV shows and movies, and seems to have fizzled out.

80% of what I watch is YouTube, 10% YouTubeTV, and the other 10% is content from Torrents such as Tv shows and movies.

 

NF runs hot and cold with me.
Disney too.
They go in these modes where they have to have the gai. They HAVE to push it. Geeze. Just let it be.

YoutubeTV was under $50 now is over $80. That's NUTS!

 

Yea but for us, we're using them for local channels also. Pretty good on the sports. Pick your poison for different content. I'm tired of NF. Want to get something with Max for awhile. Suggestions?

 

On Max, I like Games of Thrones. If you haven't seen it, you should watch it whenever you can.

 

I was talking about different providers that add Max. Or just get Max and dump NF?

 

Oh yeah, Amazon have Max channel, Apple TV have Max app, you can search for a list of providers who have max as add on.

You can have max stand alone app on any streaming platform.

haha I really don’t think about it that much. I just mentioned it since I know there’s people that will say it is. It’s just a great movie, and I’ll watch it whenever.

 

Gran Turismo, Netflix. Good movie.

And on the subject, Netflix, and Prime are my go to, then Disney, which is overrated, and Tubie, free with ads, but has some good stuff.
YouTube has had some good movies for free too lately.

All kinds of free shit. It is mostly movies. Through your local library.

 

"The Goonies" on Blu-Ray.
I rip passthrough copies from the BD media to my NAS, then play from there.
