I'm having something similar in my 2018 TRD OR. Just noticed it 2 days ago after a good storm. Water on the front passenger floorboard. The headliner above the grab bar on front passenger side was damp, but when I traced the water it was behind the glove box area and puddling at the bottom corner of the plastic trim.

I've had a roof rack on since summer and haven't had any issues with leaking. Filled holes with silicone before bolting down and filled the tops of the holes with silicone. Does anyone know where the sunroof drains are and windshield drains? I rarely use the heater (I'm in S. Florida) so I doubt it would be that. Any ideas or advice is welcomed :)

Sunroof drains I think go down the pillar next to the windshield at least the ones I’ve replaced have been, a big pain in the butt.

The pillar on the right (passenger) side? I don't think my issue is my roof rack and I am leaning more toward a drain being plugged. There were droplets on the seat and the arm rest this morning, as well as water on the floor board, when leads me to think of the sunroof.

The number one problem I saw was the drain hose got kinked and water was backing up all the way to the top so not only did I try to use pressurized air to clear the drains but when installing the new drain hose I made sure that it didn’t bend.

Thanks! I'll give it a look tomorrow and see if that's the issue.

Also the reason why I will never own a vehicle with a sunroof. First it’s the drain holes that get clogged then the motor stops working after you open it and right before it rains…

I rarely use it. Mainly if I'm traveling and have to pull over to nap, I open it a bit so I don't suffocate lol.

LOL - your luck and my luck sound similar about the motor going out before it rains. :p

I bought my 2019 OR based on NOT having a sunroof and not having leather. I have had two vehicles that had the slightest, but crazy high pitch air leaks at highways speeds, but luckily did not leak water,,,, well they all leak, but mine did not leak enough to overfill tray and spill out in to interior. The high pitch noise in both vehicles were maddening on road trips.
I always use the ol risk vs rewards, and that little hole in the roof is not worth the risks to me. If I buy another Tacoma, that stupid back little sliding window might make that must NOT have list, but knock on wood, no issues as I don't use it.
