It's the drain field. It has to be a sand mound due to soil drainage.

getting a triaxle or two of sand and stone is cheap, a few lengths of SDR. Still not going to get you anywhere near 30k. Just button it up before the inspector notices you disturbed the ground or they’ll want their piece of the pie

@steelcity2, we lunched in the neighborhood of your daughter's residence, at Hoffstot's. Afterwards, we went to Oakmont Bakery for some cannoli and cream puffs.

The meal was good. Lunch menu is more sparse than the dinner menu, but we all found something. The baked goods were so good... they are gone already. So much for trying to lose some pounds. :anonymous:

    Stuff. Things.
I forgot what having time off is like… spent most of my weekend sleeping. Just left the Gun shop, now pondering what to do.

Boss man told me not to do anything work related until I get bored. But the weather may make me sneak in just to set my office up a little later this week.

We don’t go back to work till the 3rd.

Throwing tools is a stress reliever. Till you can't find that tool you just threw.

Honestly I haven't done drums in probably 20years. I brought my truck to the shop and had them do it. Too many components in those things for me to remember. Best bet is only take apart 1 side to reference the other side.
Kinda wish we had disc brakes in the rears

@Anchovy problem is my a.d.d. kicks in and took apart both sides than I was lost trying to put it back together. Lucky that was on my jeep Cherokee I had a couple years ago. And had my taco to drive. My cousin came over and put them back together for me.

I followed a YouTube video as I was going but just the frustration of trying to get everything back together is terrible. I only did one side and it took me almost 2 hours.

Couple of those specialty tools makes life easier. Replace the springs every time, don't reuse them it ain't worth it.

Don’t worry after nearly 7 decades of disc brakes being mainstream Toyota finally figured it was safe to put them on the rear of their trucks
