Yesterday... Got my results last night. Torn in two spots plus some minor bicep tearing along with arthritis. Calling surgeon today.

    FINDINGS:

ROTATOR CUFF: There is high-grade articular surface tearing of the supraspinatus tendon
with findings concerning for full-thickness tearing at the anterior leading edge.
Background moderate tendinosis. Mild subscapularis tendinosis and intrasubstance tearing
allowing for medial subluxation of the long head biceps tendon. The teres minor tendon is
intact. Mild supraspinatus muscle atrophy and edema.

CORACOACROMIAL ARCH: Moderate osteoarthritis of the acromioclavicular joint. Type II
acromion with mild lateral downsloping. No os acromiale. Coracoacromial and
    coracoclavicular ligaments normal.

SUBACROMIAL/SUBDELTOID BURSA AND FLUID: There is a moderate amount of fluid and synovitis
within the subacromial/subdeltoid bursa. There is fluid extending into the subcoracoid
bursa. Small glenohumeral joint effusion and synovitis.

GLENOHUMERAL JOINT AND LABRUM: Multifocal labral degeneration/degenerative tearing.
    Cartilage preserved.

BICEPS TENDON AND ANCHOR: Medial subluxation of the long head biceps tendon. There is
mild tendinosis and intrasubstance tearing at the level of the biceps pulley. Mild
    intra-articular tendinosis.

OSSEOUS/BONE MARROW: No acute fracture, dislocation, avascular necrosis, or erosion. No
Hill-Sachs deformity or osseous Bankart lesion.
    ----- Page Break -----
GENERAL: No soft tissue masses. No masses are detected along the course of the
suprascapular nerve or within the quadrilateral space. Mild edema in the rotator interval,
    likely reactive.

    IMPRESSION:

    1. High-grade partial-thickness articular tear of the supraspinatus tendon with findings
concerning for full-thickness perforations at the anterior leading edge. Background
moderate tendinosis. Mild muscle atrophy or edema.
    2. Mild subscapularis tendinosis and intrasubstance tearing allowing for medial
subluxation of the long head biceps tendon.
    3. Medial subluxation of the long head biceps tendon. Tendinosis and intrasubstance
tearing at the biceps pulley. Mild intra-articular tendinosis.
    4. Small glenohumeral joint effusion and synovitis.
    5. Moderate osteoarthritis of the acromioclavicular joint.
    6. Moderate subacromial/subdeltoid bursitis, extending into the subcoracoid bursa.
