Did you add an accessory that says, "see dealer for pricing"? That could be why it's doing that.

We did? There was the Executive Order 6102, April 5th, 1933, made owning gold illegal, fast forward to 1971 and Nixon suspending paper tender to be converted in gold, then on March 16th, 1973 congress converted the US to a fiat currency.

We are a country of fiat currency all propped up on credit. Nothing more than make believe. Then there is gold itself, it only has value because we humans place value upon it. Speaking of what we value in a vehicle, if you stand back and look, it’s all relative.

So does that mean your 2013 DCSB will have more cupholders than a similarly appointed 2024 DCSB?

These new trucks might have more cup holders, but they don't have the burrito heater

I grew up in the backseat of that truck and remember watching my grandparent's drink cups drip condensation all over the place from the A/C in the summer. Pretty terrible placement for them, but that is just how cars in the 90s were. Makes me feel nostalgic haha

You just made me fell really old. Lol!

Yeah 90s stuff was odd, “hey that looks like a good spot for cup holders, put it there!”

Work Truck trim seems like the best deal, pretty much blows Toyota’s SR version out of the water since there is no max power tune upgrade. Just a touch over $1000 to get it on the Chevy. Only options I really want are cruise and power/heated mirrors. The other stuff that came with the packages is just icing on the cake.

Work trucks are boring, also unless you are adding every thing standard in a tacoma the price comparison isn't even

Are they? It is all the same truck just with different amounts of fluff. Lots of options on that build, more than I’ll ever use. Really just need it to haul camp and dirt bike gear. All the add-ons with Pros or ZR2s are wasted on me, don’t see the point of paying for that stuff since you can’t take a truck on single track. That fluff upcharge darn near buys you two dirt bikes.

The Tacoma SR came out more, no power seats, less power, towing only at 3500 lbs, no storage in the tailgate among other things. Ignore the wheel locks, hit that by accident, site was being glitchy, couldn’t remove them.

You get 430 tq vs 243 tq on the Toyota. Would say that is one hell of a deal. Who gives a shit about LED headlights?
