Good headlights, adaptive cruise, a few other things…

and you constantly post that you don’t need the power but now it’s important?

I wish the TB had LED lights, crazy that halogen is still offered when LED is standard on many models on many manufacturers now. Would I trade 430 torqies for the LED's? Don't ask me that please.

$38,250 seats three, 4x4, same 2.7 out the Colorado, decent size bed, and has LED headlights. I'd prefer the cement color GM has for 24, and the Bison wheels/tires and some Fox shocks.

All trucks have issues, all vehicles have issues.

Don’t care for adaptive cruise, I have it on my current truck and turn it off. Not much into driving at night when traveling, as I like to look at the scenery. Try and make camp before sunset. Day to day driving doesn’t really matter.

Yeah not much into all out power, but that option is available in the lowest trim GM, while it isn’t on the Toyota. Why I pointed it out. Would be perfectly fine with the 391 tq and more importantly the higher tow rating of 6700 lbs vs the SR Tacoma’s 3500. Have to bump up to the SR5 to get the higher tow rating, which of course is an even higher price jump.

It is! Same as the Tacomas. Both are piss poor for what they are.

Well, some of us use cruise control and drive at night.

mim starting to think neither the Colorado nor the 4g tacoma is the truck you want

Calm down sugar, just saying some people don't buy only off of perceived reliability. I'm not sold on any truck right now (asked and answered previously, you may have missed my response), I'm just enjoying you get your feathers all ruffled up. When are you getting your 4G Tacoma?

Edit: If anything, I'm looking for a replacement for my CTS-V. What GM product can you recommend me?

Use cruise control daily, don’t care for the adaptive. It likes to slam on the brakes when someone is turning to the right in front of you, typically with just the cruise on you don’t even have to hit coast. Find adaptive highly annoying, had people almost slam into the back of me because of it.

Sounds like you don’t have any experience with it.

I drive at night just about every day since the sun sets soon after 5:00 during the winter. Can’t even use the high beams on most of the commute, even without traffic get too much glare off of road signs. So not sure why there is such a fuss over LEDs.

you use that phrase an awful lot. Constantly complaining about trolls, fairly certain you joined just to be a one. While most of the other guys are laying out reasonable comparisons.

For some reason the bros are obsessed with headlights and light bars. I’ve never had any issues with any vehicles headlights. I rarely even use high beams. Why do you need it so bright? Do we need to turn night into day? Are people just scared of the dark?

I like the Hybrid with all its torqies, I just don't like the price it will command. But that can be said for any new truck, have you seen what the AT4X Edition 1 stickers for? Holy shit in a shitnado.

I'm sorry I'm not a better person for you and keep resorting to "strawman". Then running away, can you give me a hug?

I have experience with many versions of adaptive cruise. It works great every time I’ve used it.

LED lighting is better even on low beam than nearly any halogen lighting. There’s a fuss because it’s good.

Not my experience with it, brakes hard at the wrong times. Wish it could be turn it off and leave it off instead having to push the button for 3 seconds, don’t get good of gas mileage with it either.

Sure LEDs are better, I just don’t care about them as much as some people on here. Would think it was the end of the world if a vehicle doesn’t come standard with them.

    lol!

him and ope seem fairly angry, while most of us other knuckleheads just do the normal razzing of each other.

The really weird thing is the constant talking about who they’ve blocked.
