More info on this please. Does the mount stay attached to your holster?

Member hasn’t been on since February. Looks like the molle mount is attached to the holster. I’d assume they have a carry holster and put the pistol in that one when they enter the vehicle. I could absolutely be wrong though since I see the iwb clip is still on it

    Edit:
Gun never leaves the holster. Gun and holster are moved from belt to truck and back as one. Replace the clip on your holster with the Aliase clip. Get a "receiver" for your belt and a "receiver" for your Truck. https://theneomag.com/alias-belt-system/

Works with most holsters as you are only replacing the belt clip. Receivers and clips are offered in a lot of configurations. Get the mag holder while you are at it. https://theneomag.com/shop-neomag/

Ok can you please tell me about the holster. I want the same setup for my truck but I can’t find a holster that fits a mollie panel

The setups in the photos look to me like they could potentially cause injury and send a pistol flying in a wreck. The set ups could attract attention. Also the virtue signaling upper middle class women in the "jury of your peers" will not find much humor in your set up. Makes it look like you were just waiting for your big chance to blast someone who looked nice in his 8th grade graduation photo. Or a police officer might spook when lighting up the interior during a traffic stop. Pop pop pop before you get your first word out. Seriously guys...think. Low key is better.

Leer shell, Bilstein 5100 shocks, AAL in rear (2 inch lift), 16" Method 305NV wheels, 285-75-r16 Cooper Discoverer AT3/XLT; grab handle on driver side so I can ACTUALLY GET IN AND OUT WITHOUT RUINING MY LEATHER SEATS lol
I have heard of people putting the pew-pew in the gap between driver seat and console near the seatbelt, but then just holster it once they exit the vehicle. Or they just tuck it under the drivers seat when leaving the vehicle.

I added a Holster Gator. They make them for various holsters and they are extremely secure. Added one for my holster, and one for an extra magazine carrier.

The pic shown is a 43x in a Vedder.

I’m impressed and they were not crazy expensive.

I would recommend a holster with a locking mechanism or a strap that you pop on and off. That way your gun doesn’t fly off in an accident. I like the thumb release safariland retention holsters.

Isn't it sad that as a society we look for ways to carry firearms so they are quickly available? I'm not judging anyone, I carry concealed as well and my current system, while portable and inconspicuous, doesn't lend itself to a speedy reaction and speed of response is a key factor. Many people judge the US as being full of gun crazy nut jobs, but they don't always live here either. Thanks for all of the ideas.

reviving this as I'm scouring the web for the molle panel. Where did you get it and do you know if they are still available?

If you’re looking for passenger and driver molle, there’s Rago Fabrication.

Thanks but I am looking for the one that goes behind the center console like in the photos. Usually where people install another USB plug for the back seat.

Was curious to see if I could find one you pointed out and came across this. They make one for Tundra but the website says they do custom work. Good luck. https://ogfab.com/

Thank you, I'll keep looking too. OG FAB makes great stuff, I have their back window panel cover.

I’ve been on the hunt for one of these as well. Original manufacturer is defunct.

I’ve been in contact with two users on here who planned on designing one to be 3D printed, but nothing has come to fruition yet

I got one of those magnetic mounts with a trigger guard. Have had difficulty getting the adhesive to stick due to he release agents in the plastic. Maybe after another Phoenix Summer and some wiping with denatured alcohol it will finally mount. For now gun is riding well in the drivers door pocket with a black microfiber draped over it to keep it unrecognizable if anyone peeps in.

Might look for a way to hard mount an Orpaz holster on the center console

I just put mine in the pocket on the back of the passenger seat. Can reach it in a hurry if needed.
