Tire look flat?

    That calculator is for calculating PSI to maintain your factory load capacity....like it says right on the results. Doesn't mean that's the proper amount to inflate the tire to for ride quality/braking/handling/tire wear.

    It looks under inflated BECAUSE IT IS. Gonna have yourself some sweet body roll taking a corner with any amount of speed.

    Just purchased new tires. 245-75-r16. Goodyear workhorse ht. They set them to 36. They run fine ..good luck

    There is the number on the door jamb, that's pretty much minimum. And there is a number on the tire, which is maximum for that tire, and probably more than the truck is rated for. Somewhere between those is where you want to be.

    I think 30 cold is perfect. I ran that on my stock tires, my 285/70/17s are aired up to 30 as well. Rides perfect, wear is perfect and doesn't look flat. Try 30 and see how it does.
