Watched the local news last night, did a segment the local ski resorts. So warm they can’t even make snow.

Evening folks! Made it to Charleston dropped off the pup and had some lunch at Hyman’s and spent the afternoon beating around town. It was a pretty good day but there were lots of people around. I’m hoping for Asheville next day trip the hills are a little more my kind of country.

I’m starting to miss them myself lol I had a couple camping trips planned and booked this year that I canceled in NC. I ended up doing transport’s instead I’ve fished up north far more than close to home this year but I’m not complaining I even did a little around Roscoe NY this year. But the funny part about that trip was the guy running one of the flyshops heard my accent and asked where I was from. When I told him he asked really do you ever fish the Nantahala and of course I have and did very well. But what tickled me was the guy living near the famous trout fishing destination wanted to fish something down here and I’m fishing in his neighborhood giddy about being there.
