Technically did this Wednesday, but who's counting.

TRD Fox Shocks, upper control arms, .5" rear lift block. So far, really happy with them. Bumps don't cause the fillings in my teeth to come loose now. I won't say it glides over everything, but it's a very noticable improvement.

Did small stuff today. Found some extra leds laying around from my wife’s 4runner until I get some mesos. Did the Tacoma vinyl inside, taco garage mount feel like this is super underrated. Meso black out kit with door handles climate control, seat jackers are hit 100 miles

Wow thanks for that link. That dude got some skills. Those welds are spotless! Anyhoo, years ago I had true Flowmaster duals put on my Chevy K2500 and it opened the thing up severely and it breathed so much better. Course this was on a 1997 350 and these days with emmisions were stuck with restrictions but a guy could dream I guess. I’m gonna keep researching this and might talk to the local shop about cost.

I just noticed mine didn’t come with them. Hard install? I know I liked them a lot in my 2nd gen

Installed some TVD vinyl bronze metalic decals on my trail edition overthe holidays. TVDs bronze metalic is almost a perfect match to the bronze text on the grille. Easy to install most of them, but the chrome vent ring delete decals took a bit more time and patience. Waiting for meso customs for a black chrome delete for the shifter ring.

Installed a set of Spiker Engineering hood struts where it's set with a 6" over stock hood height. Took a bit longer than I expected but the end result looks and works great.

It's a very easy install...depending on your year and trim. The TRD models from 2020 or later are pre-wired (not sure about other trims). Just pull the taillights and plug in the wires.

You’re correct. 2020 and later have the harness from the factory….plug-n-play.

I agree I always use brushless car washes and finish/touch it up at home. Either that or I use power washers when it’s really dirty. For sure those car washes with brushes destroy your paint and that’s if your lucky lol and they don’t literally scratch your paint with debris caught on the brushes from previous cars. I tried to warn my friend about it who had a black BMW that always ran it through the brushed car washes. One day we came out of a restaurant and the side of his car was facing the sun and you could see the months of brush swirl marks that cut into the paint  He believed me after that .

Sorry, posting this here because this thread gets a lot more views and maybe someone took off their stock exhaust to replace with aftermarket.

Anyone in the Chicagoland/NW Indiana/SE Wisconsin area have the stock exhaust from 3rd gen DCLB selling for cheap or giving away? Can trade you the stainless steel Magnaflow (catback) exhaust I have.
