    Even if I had a big shop, the tons of dust wood working creates drives me nuts

    You've got a big shop, wood work doesn't appeal to you?

    They'd just get in the way in my shop, wouldn't use them enough to justify the space they take up. I have some rudimentary woodworking tools and to be honest half of them probably haven't been touched in 5 years or more. I'm just not the kind of person that would ever take pleasure in it. I can appreciate the people that can do it well though. It just seems like 90% of the projects I want to do if I used wood it would just fall apart. And the rest don't want to justify the weight wood adds.

    That's my second reason for not doing it myself

    I'd want like two or three wood projects done, and that doesn't justify even getting the tools for it

    I want to make a larger table, all metal, with wood top
