This week a young man from Boise, Idaho posted a YouTube video as he visited dealer lots in Utah and Arizona loaded with pickups (Fiat/Dodge/Ram, GM, Ford, including Lightning EVs) and he found Tundras, too (or three, including some recent older models (trade-ins for a cheaper vehicle to cover home mortgage payments?). The townhome development next door has a unit (quad plexes) listed at 345, and a previous listing by the same agent listed at 425. Prices are coming down...

 

My god there would be feathers flying everywhere.

You joke but we’ve actually talked about a teardrop trailer to turn into a mobile coop when we’re retired. Take the ladies south with us.

I started this project at 8am. Took a seven hour break to go explore a lighted botanical garden with my wife in a snow/rainstorm. Finally got step one of the wiring done at 11pm....
All the new lights are mounted, brackets straightened, rust ground, metal cut, and I'm halfway there. I think.

 

Final update for this round of being awake. All wiring buttoned up, all grommet pass throughs have had clear silicone added for extra water tightness. Tomorrow I'll throw it on the hitch and see if my spaghetti monster works.

The wire management leaves some to be desired, but that will be taken care of later when it's not one in the morning.

For it to be level, would require the trailer to be remotely level. 40 years old and not a straight spot on this thing.
