Hi all, 2018 TRD Off-Road owner and new to the forum. Looking for some help identifying a part of the dash. It’s the panel above the climate controls, where the hazards button is. As you can see from the pic, mine is damaged and I’d like to replace it.(Don’t use the Febreeze vent clips with the liquid).

Do you mean the vent louvre. I am sure you could find one on Amazon or Ebay.

OP may be talking about this area and with the comment about the vent clip I wonder if the liquid leaked down and chewed up the trim piece.

Pretty sure that's not a separate piece. The lower button panel needs to be cut off when you get the MESO replacement to add more buttons, so I'm betting that top one is part of the entire console assembly and you'd have to replace the entire thing for $800 or so.....just a guess though..

That is exactly what happened. Been like that for a minute, but still pisses me off. I did find that the part I’m referring to and the piece below it around the 4 wheel and climate controls are all one piece. So you can’t just replace one or the other.

I’ve been considering swapping out the head unit as well so I may just do it all at the same time.

Might want to try a scrap yard, if you haven’t already thought of that, and if you don’t swap the HU.

Exactly what I planned on doing. There’s a few “you pull it” places around here.

The problem that I've had with most Pick and Pulls that I've been to is finding anything there that's less than 10 years old.
