Park the Taco and go by yourself a used super gas efficient Honda or Hyudai and use that for your long commute. Sounds like you got to much money rapped up in your truck and you will kill it with the mileage you intend to clock. If you do sell...Start high and just be patient and hold out. Maybe get a decent partial trade and some cash.

God damn I want a samurai so bad! If you wanted the ladies you could lift it 10" and throw some 35-37s on her and regear it.

i owned three 4.0 5 speed cherokees before my taco

if you want newer go with a 98-99. the 00-01 have low pinion axles, more electrical problems, and problems with the heads

ya i guess thats true. i need to show off;).

but what really kills me is that i have a crapy trail master lift that replaced the UCA with a strut that has a pretty good chance to fail. i didn't know this when i bought it and i hope that the person that buys it doesn't know and doesn't wheel it hard

I think most people on this site know the TM lift isn't the best. There was one guy a while back that was able to convert it back to a 3" lift by welding the crossmember back in. Came out good.

Sammie has a 1.3 liter...can't imagine bad gas mileage with that  haha but you may need some insane gears to get good power

Yep...you should have used Pro comp or Fabtech...unload it if you have to I guess. I would still find yourself a little gas sipper beater as a dailey driver. Maybe later on you could rebuild up another truck the wright way.

I wouldn't worry about what your friends think when they catch you rolling around in a small car...If they give you chit you can still kick ther Ass!

Why are you seriously giving up on Toyota, because you got stuck on a truck that you "at the time probably thought was cool OMG it sit's so high!! All the COOl kids at school will be jealous" ??

You chose the wrong lift. Not the wrong truck.

I'm pretty sure op bought the wrong truck iirc the tm was installed before he bought it. And fuck what your friends think, smells like big dick syndrome in here. When my tacos in the shop I drive a baby blue Prius and idgaf. It's actually pretty funny, I'll sit at a light and act all tough like I wanna race someone and they just give me this confused as hell look...and then I'm off.

if you live in heber just wait until after the demolition derby and buy a busted up subaru brat and you can commute with it and practice your crawling skills keep the tacoma i wouldnt get rid of it and if you have a bunch invested in the truck just keep it and throw down $5k and supercharge it!!! thats my $0.02.
