    i bought a 2011 double cab im looking into lift kits. If i but a 3 inch lift does it affect any part of the warranty on my brand spanking new truck?

    i say yes.i ran into problems with dealers voiding warranties from lifts. some people have better luck than others.if you pay the dealer to install the lift they should cover it under warranty

    Yes it will eliminate all suspension issues from the dealer's obligation..unless of course the dealer does the work. If they do it they have to cover it. Its tricky though when people start modding their trucks. Arbitration seems to be where issues end up and its a long arduous process.

    I agree, but i was told by the warrenty guy at my dealership... if they put it in(the lift) it will still void any used parts that were affected by the lift. (if the lift causes any of the stock parts to ware, the warrenty is voided. any questions...call your dealership.
