Eh it wasn’t terrible. I’ve been a fan since day one. There’s definitely been worse seasons. Wasn’t great, but wasn’t awful

Slowly making progress on the Tacoma. It's a slow process to say the least.

Does anyone here have experience with Richmond Homes recently? My wife worked for them 30 years ago and wasn’t happy but I wanted some more recent impressions. We are looking for a new home and they have some in Elizabeth with RV garages.

I have that, plus all the other pieces that go around it. Truck had about 7k miles on it when I put a body armor bumper on. Let me know if you are interested. I'm in SE Aurora

I've repaired or replaced a bunch of their furnaces and AC in the last few years. They undersize their condensers consistently.

Thanks. Good info to know. Our previous house was a new build in 2004 and the furnace was way oversized.

They use all 90% furnaces now, but tend to go a ton or more under on the AC. To be fair, most builders are doing the same.

What areas do you work in? Any builders better than the others? We have been looking in the Monument area at Classic and David Weekly and may look at some Challenger homes as well.
