I picked it up on Saturday afternoon. I traded in my Xterra for something a little more comfortable to drive everyday, a little better fuel economy, and a truck bed for practicality.
Easily the most expensive, nicest, lowest mileage vehicle I've purchased. this one needs to stick around for awhile to justify the purchase.
Sunday night, we filled up the bed with ikea boxes (first and last experience there) and Monday it got dirty going hunting.

 

They don’t keep pushing updates once the head is depreciated. My 2019 just says “currently no updates” despite never having updated it once. I’m sure somewhere there’s a site with a list of compatible firmware upgrades for different heads, but this isn’t it lol

 

Did the same thing... Originally I bought a tail pipe tip but it was just a aftermarket one that just did not look good enough so.... High Heat flat black it was....

 

You can check the Toyota website to determine if there is an update or not. I entered my VIN then it prompted me to choose one of three radio models. After that, I downloaded the update, copied it to a USB drive and then did the update.

What year xterras. Former xterra nation regular. Had a couple first gens. Loved them, but must say the taco is so much more reliable.

Man the bronze looks sweet. Been debating pulling all like 25 pieces of my painted accents off again and repainting it bronze to match my TE's instead of MGM. Hmmmmmm.

got my grille lights and SS3s with backlights put on, love them!

 

do you have a lift on here or just bigger tires and wheels? really like the look of it!

 

I was thinking of going with those in white, how did you power yours? I see some do add-a-fuse into the ignition fuse.

Thanks! I'm actually lifted on the Eibach Pro Truck Lift - Stage 1 (2nd clip setting) with about 2.75" lift up front and 2" lift in the rear (Icon AAL + 1" block) and 285/70/17 Toyo RT Trail tires. The truck looks smaller in my previous picture for some reason.

i was wiring up the fog lights w the backlights at the same time, and people on here had recommended a harness from FBC Solutions, goes between the headlight and harness and supplied power to the backlights and also had a spot for the grill lights!
