My favorite WTF is the back panel that opens up... if nothing is back there to block it lol. Completely pointless.

I wonder if the Tundra will survive all that much longer. It seems like it's in trouble.

Tundra might not be a dead man talking but I do feel that the G3 was a misstep. To be fair, though, selling a full size in the US isn't easy.

Again what are all these issues, less then 100 had engine failures . Gas leak is also minimal

So only the less then 100 engines based on about 1 percent of trucks sold in 2022. You're making it sound like thr sky is falling

There is at least one dead engine that has a verified build date of Feb 2023. A lot of the 2023's will not have enough mileage on them yet to implode. the majority of them are tanking between 20-50K.

Because of this, no one really knows if whatever issue it is has been fixed or not, and until you go an entire year model with no issue, all of them are suspect or have the potential for failure.

They should warranty them to 100k miles.

Reading the reviews on Edmonds, poor fuel economy, bad fit and finish, informant screen computer screen issues. One of the times I was getting my Tacoma service, one of the other guys was having issues with the informant screen.

Have to scroll down to read the owner reviews. They gave it a 3.2. Only thing worse were the Chevys. Lol!

It’s terrible. There was an article with Sweers years ago, said they put all this effort into a sliding reclining back sea for the Tundra, come to find out most customers just want it to flip up to put stuff in. Apparently they didn’t learn anything.

Plasmech a troll!? Thought he was one of the nicer people on here, asking honest questions.

1% engine failure in young trucks, mind you. This is a terrible number for Toyota and its no doubt had a major dent on perceived reliability and is likely impacting sales too, since its easy to find a well-discounted Tundra.

Ahhh…lost in internet translation. Only kinda glancing at this stuff on my short breaks.

Sequoia should have never existed, blame the dealers. There is an article on that somewheres…(craaaap gotta get back at it) or I would look it up

And where did you get 100? Did you speak to every Toyota service department in North America? Owner forums, Facebook groups are a sliver of actual owners.

To your point though I will concede: the most upset customers are usually the loudest. You never hear about the happy ones.
