What tire size? 3.0 will need 1/4" more spacer than 2.5s.
Highly recommend Hammer Hangers for ride quality and durability.

Don't think so, and they are only designed as shock towers (not load supporting) but they are very stout

    24" ok for 12" shocks
    25-26" for 14" shocks

    Crown is good

295/75R16 but may be going to 315/75R16 soon. With hammer hangers do I need to shackles as well?

315s on 3.5" BS w/ 3.hos should probably go with 1.5" spacer but 1.25" might just be enough. (285s on 3.5" BS w/ 2.5s clear no spacer)

Search this thread for ADS, it's all been done before. Don't get a 90 deg elbow, get a straight hose. Also, there is no need for an extended lower rod end, neither for a welded lower rod end, just get a short screw-on alum rod end if available. Keep collapsed length between 20" and 23.5"

Tried my best to find a hole to stretch her legs but ran out of wheel well for my 35s first.

Anyone using any of the fancier Bilstein options with this kit? Such as 8100's with the bypasses?

Also, I'm currently on a 285/75/17 on a 17x8.5 wheel (4.75" backspace) and running a .75" spacer. Will this spacer/wheel combo be sufficient?

You'll need 1.25" spacers, effectively turning your wheel into 3.5" BS, which clears 285s

This doesn’t necessarily relate to the post but do you know if you’d be able to get the full 14in of travel from the Archive medium duty springs or can you only get 14” with the archive HD springs?

Lighter springs flex more than heavy springs. Our MDs hit 14" with Archive shock towers and Hammer Hangers

what size spacer would I need to clear 35s?

I just purchased the Rear 2.0 x 12 Shock Relocation for my long bed and I’m running FJ cruiser Steelies which I believe are 4.5 backspacing with spidertrax 1.25 spacers.
Would those be enough to clear or would going to a 2 inch be the only option besides getting other wheels?

If you bought our Trail series 2.0" (only) relocation, that has about 1" more clearance.
You'll probably be fine on Trail 2.0 relo with your current FJ wheels (4.75" BS) and spacers

Let's try not to muddy the threads.

I wonder if Bilstein has a version of the 5160 that works
given how popular 6112/5160 is, long-lasting, and nature of rear upgraded not necessarily requiring a change to the front if you're already on 6112

Does that mean Method wheels alone should generally clear?
from what I understand, their site lists 701 bead grip for example, 17x8.5, as 4.75" BS

    No, Methods require MORE spacer.
    You want less BS

    sorry about that.

I followed the exact shock recommended as well. Looking forward to having it welded on
